Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid course seats invoiced by Apimanagementhub. Website browsing is free; no refunds arise from using informational pages alone.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than one module (or attended more than one live lab session for live cohorts).

Full vs partial refunds

• Full refund — request within 7 days and access below the threshold above.
• Partial refund (50%) — withdrawal between day 8 and the cohort midpoint, provided fewer than half the live sessions were attended.
• No refund — after the cohort midpoint, after downloading the full template pack in self-paced tracks, or after Controllers Circle on-site days have begun.

Non-refundable items

Custom case preparation fees, third-party venue costs already incurred for on-site intensives, and completed one-to-one coaching hours are non-refundable.

How to request

Email info@apimanagementhub.digital with your invoice number, seat holder name, and reason. Phone +82-4-981-1741 may be used to follow up, but written email starts the process.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method unless we agree in writing to an alternate transfer. Bank fees charged by your institution are not reimbursed.

Cancellation by Apimanagementhub

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra seat fee.

Exceptions

Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law that cannot be waived remain available. Documented medical emergencies may be considered case-by-case for partial credit even after standard windows close.
