Acceptance

By accessing apimanagementhub.digital or purchasing seats through our invoicing process, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or enroll in programs.

Services

Apimanagementhub provides educational content about financial auditing and ledger anomaly detection. Course pages and pricing are informational. Enrollment is confirmed only after written acceptance of an invoice or cohort offer.

Accounts and conduct

You must provide accurate contact details for enrollment. You may not share login credentials, scrape the site, or upload confidential third-party data without a signed data-handling agreement.

Intellectual property

All site text, curricula, templates, and branding remain the property of Apimanagementhub or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for your internal professional development during the access period stated on your invoice. Redistribution, resale, or public posting of course files is prohibited.

No professional advice

Training does not constitute legal, audit, accounting, or compliance advice. You remain responsible for judgments applied to your organization and for engaging licensed professionals where required.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Apimanagementhub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or courses. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a paid program is limited to the fees you paid for that program in the twelve months before the claim.

Warranties

The site and materials are provided on an “as is” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted access or that training will achieve a specific audit or regulatory outcome.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts located in Korea shall have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
